We are currently looking for a facility technician knowledgeable in residential properties for our client in Gothenburg. 
This is a consulting assignment starting in January and lasting for 3 months with the possibility of extension. 

About the assignment
You will primarily be responsible for the operation and maintenance of residential properties in a team with technicians. You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the property's technical systems, ensuring that the systems function and are maintained in accordance with our guidelines and the tenants' expectations. 

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the ongoing operation, management, maintenance, and repairs of the building
• Responsibility for operation and media control, control and regulation optimization
• Ongoing and planned/emergency repairs and maintenance
• Lead and coordinate repair work

• Experience as a facility technician in the property industry
• Experience working with residential and commercial properties
• Good knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, control & regulation, and operational optimization
• Good knowledge of functions and interactions between property systems
• Driving license B
